Peter L. Jones
Mr. Jones is an experienced financial executive, having served in various management positions over a 28-year career in investment banking. Most recently, Mr. Jones was Vice Chairman of National Bank Financial Inc. in Toronto from 1999 to 2000 and Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking of First Marathon Securities Limited from 1995 to 1999. From 1989 to 1995, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Salomon Brothers Canada Inc., which he joined following a 17-year career at Wood Gundy Inc. in Toronto, Calgary and London, England, latterly as Global Head of Corporate Finance.
Mr. Jones has a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto (1970) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (1972).
Mr. Jones is also the Chairman of the Ontario Power Authority, the agency responsible for the long-term planning of the Ontario electricity system and for ensuring the adequacy of electricity generation capacity in the province. |

Jason D. Jones
Mr. Jones spent over 8 years with Bain & Company in various locations including Toronto, Chicago, San Francisco and Johannesburg. While at Bain & Company, Mr. Jones worked in a variety of industries with a particular emphasis on technology and software firms. Example sectors include enterprise software, health care payors, mobile devices and internet service providers. His functional expertise includes salesforce restructuring, channel strategy, customer acquisition strategy, customer loyalty & retention, and merger integration work. Mr. Jones also worked in Bain’s private equity practice focused on strategic due diligence for potential acquisitions by private equity firms.
Mr. Jones earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics at Queen’s University in Canada and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. |
